Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) is an important aspect of medicine that have to be taught to residents, trainers and healthcare professionals, in order to deliver better quality care to their patients. This physical hands-on workshop is designed to equip the target group with the basics of this aspect of medicine.

Data entry is one of the most important aspects of a research process. Data can be entered directly from the data collection tool into an excel sheet or statistical analysis program including SPSS. However, these are highly prone to entry errors. The best practice for entering data is to use data entry and management software which increases the quality of data. There are various software programs available for data entry and management. Epi-Data program is widely used by researchers' In order to train the researchers, OMSB Research section would like to conduct this hands-on physical workshop using Epi-Data software.
