The outlines for the Virtual discussion meeting includes:Discussing goodness of the participants' research ideas/questionsDiscussing study designs related to participants' projectsDiscussing sampling and sample size related to their projectsTarget Audience & registration:Mainly OMSB Residents in early residency (preferably R1) who have not gotten ethical approval yet.
