antibiotic use. This is influenced by:

Objectives
*Learn
some principles of antimicrobial use.
*Identify
factors influencing selection of appropriate
and optimal therapy.
*Recognize
different types of adverse effects of antimicrobial agents and how to modify
antimicrobial therapy as appropriate.

Identify clinical scenarios in which use of antimicrobial agents is
inappropriate.
*Identify
key factors in reducing antimicrobial resistance (AMR).
