This program was developed to provide the residents with general information regarding the residency program training at the OMSB. Also, it provides them with the essential rules, responsibilities, policies and guidelines that govern the residents' education and training.

By the end of this online program, the residents will:

1. Identify their roles and responsibilities as a resident at OMSB.

2. Identify resources available to assist in their journey as a resident in OMSB.
   

3. Understand the OMSB policies and procedures .
   

4. Identify wellbeing skills and strategies to support their residency training.
